Maharishi Kasni Syrup contains Pippali (Piper longum), Kakra shringi (Pistacia integerrima), Shunthi (Zingiber officinale) Nagar mustaka (Cyperus scariosus), Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), Talispatra (Abies webbiana) Twak (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), Apamarg (Achyranthes aspera), Kayphal (Myrica nagi), Soma (Ephedra gerardiana) Vasamul (Adhatoda vasica), Tankana and Sugar as its ingredients. Key benefits of Maharishi Kasni Syrup: An effective remedy for cough of varied etiology. Helps break and liquefy the tenacious "Kapha" and finally expectorate it, easing out a cough. Counters respiratory allergies decongest nasal, paranasal, and respiratory mucosa. It is mucolytic and augments expectoration of bronchial secretions. Pacifies Vata, liquefies, and eliminates vitiated Kapha ( Ayurvedic factors related to respiration). Kasni owes its beneficial antiallergic/ antitussive/ expectorant action to time-tested herbs such as Ocimum sanctum, Zingiber officinale, Pistacia integer-rima, Myrica nagi etc. Does not contain codeine or alcohol. Non-habit forming and non-constipating. Safe for patients of all groups. Does not cause drowsiness and keeps the patient alert and active throughout the day. Direction for use: Take 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls (5-10 ml) twice or 3 times a day.
