Usage:

After rinsing the mouth with water, take a required amount of the Colgate Swarna Vedshakti Toothpaste onto a soft bristle brush and brush your teeth thoroughly with it, for at least 2 minutes – ideally, 3 minutes. Rinse off thoroughly with water afterwards. For best results, use this toothpaste twice, daily.
